Jake works hand in hand with his employer partners to design and implement custom voluntary benefit packages that offer solutions specific to each individual entity’s needs. He has worked in the life and health field for the past six years, gaining valuable knowledge along the way that lends to his abilities to effectively manage the needs of his business partners. Prior to his career in Employee Benefits, he spent the majority of his professional life in Executive Management Positions with a national big box retail company where he gained valuable insight into customer service initiatives and benefit needs from an employee perspective. This insight inspired his move into an Employee Benefits Advisor role, where he uses his experience to continuously find innovative solutions that are beneficial not only to employers, but to the employees they’re designed to benefit. Jake is a devoted husband and father of 3 and spends his free time teaching them to appreciate the beauty of the area we call home.
