A native of Western North Carolina, Kelly grew up with a desire to help and serve others. With a background in medical office administration, Kelly transitioned into the insurance industry shortly after the ACA was implemented – while the beginning of this new career venture began with assisting individuals and families with their insurance needs, Kelly recognized that the gap in education available for employers and their employees within the community was substantial. In 2016, Kelly joined ISA – Insurance Service of Asheville, where she now leads the Life, Health, and Employee Benefits team as they work to engage with employers, strategic partners, and the community.
